In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement innovative DEI strategies that empower our diverse workforce and foster a sense of belonging. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive DEI assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored action plans - Spearhead the creation and delivery of impactful training programs that educate and engage employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion - Partner with HR to review and enhance policies, practices, and procedures to ensure they align with DEI best practices - Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to advance our DEI initiatives - Collaborate with employee resource groups to amplify diverse voices and perspectives - Develop and track meaningful DEI metrics to measure progress and drive continuous improvement Candidate Requirements: - 3-6 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, preferably within a corporate setting - Demonstrated expertise in conducting DEI assessments, designing training programs, and implementing strategic initiatives - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations and build trust - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail - Passion for creating inclusive and equitable work environments - Experience with HR policies and practices is a plus Salary & Benefits: - Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $95,000, depending on experience - Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance - Generous paid time off and retirement savings plan - Professional development opportunities and a collaborative, supportive work culture How to Apply: Apply directly on MyRecruitmentAgency.com or email your resume to sales@myrecruitmentagency.com.
