We use your data to: provide and improve our services, match candidates with job opportunities, communicate about your account and applications, process payments, send relevant notifications and updates, analyze platform usage and trends, and comply with legal obligations. Our AI systems process your data to generate match scores and recommendations.
3. Data Sharing
We share your information only with: employers (candidate profiles for applied jobs), service providers (payment processors, email services, cloud hosting), and legal authorities when required by law. We never sell your personal data to third parties. Candidate profiles are only visible to employers for jobs they have applied to, unless candidates opt-in to public visibility.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including: encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, regular security audits, access controls and authentication, data backup and disaster recovery, and employee security training. While we strive to protect your data, no system is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and data ("right to be forgotten"), export your data in a portable format, opt out of marketing communications, restrict processing of your data, and object to automated decision-making. We retain your data for: active accounts — as long as the account is active; closed accounts — up to 3 years for legal and compliance purposes; application data — 2 years after the application is closed; usage logs — 1 year. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

As we operate across 20+ countries, your data may be transferred internationally. We ensure appropriate safeguards through: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), data processing agreements with all vendors, compliance with local data protection laws in each jurisdiction.
