Welcome to My Recruitment Agency. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform, products, and services. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using My Recruitment Agency ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Employer Obligations
Employers must post accurate job listings, comply with all applicable employment laws, and treat candidates fairly. Job postings must not contain discriminatory language. Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions and employment practices.
4. Candidate Obligations
Candidates must provide truthful information in their profiles and applications. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or skills is prohibited. Candidates are responsible for keeping their profiles updated and responding to communications in a timely manner.
5. AI-Powered Services
Our Platform uses artificial intelligence for candidate matching, job recommendations, and screening. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results are suggestions and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI match scores or recommendations.
6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Free tier users may be subject to usage limitations as specified in the pricing page.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, algorithms, and technology on the Platform are owned by My Recruitment Agency. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us a license to use it for providing our services. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and India's DPDP Act. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, but we may retain your data as required by law. Provisions that should survive termination — including liability limitations and dispute resolution — shall continue in effect.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
