Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential security breaches - Implement and maintain robust security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls - Perform penetration testing and ethical hacking to assess the strength of an organization's security infrastructure - Monitor network traffic and security logs, promptly detecting and responding to suspicious activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce security policies and procedures - Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees, fostering a culture of cybersecurity vigilance Candidate Requirements: - 3-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field - Proficiency in network security protocols, encryption techniques, and incident response procedures - Hands-on experience with penetration testing tools and methodologies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex security challenges - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey security recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISA, or GIAC, are highly desirable Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $150,000, based on experience.
