Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive sustainability assessments to evaluate an organization's current environmental performance - Develop tailored action plans to optimize energy efficiency, waste management, and the use of renewable resources - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable practices and monitor progress against set targets - Provide strategic guidance on ESG reporting and compliance to ensure clients meet regulatory requirements - Identify and secure funding opportunities, such as green grants and carbon credits, to support sustainability initiatives - Share industry insights and best practices to inspire clients and drive continuous improvement Candidate Requirements: - 4-8 years of experience in sustainability, environmental consulting, or a related field - Strong working knowledge of ESG frameworks, carbon accounting, and renewable energy solutions - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights - Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels - Passion for sustainability and a proven track record of driving positive environmental change - Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage Salary & Benefits This role offers a competitive salary range of €55,000 to €85,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension contributions, and generous personal development opportunities.
