Digital Transformation Consultant About the Role: Become a key driver of digital innovation and organizational change as a Digital Transformation Consultant at our leading consulting firm. Leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies, change management, and cloud migration to guide our clients through complex digital transformations that unlock new levels of efficiency, productivity, and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' digital maturity and identify opportunities for improvement - Design and implement tailored digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives - Facilitate Agile workshops and lead cross-functional teams through iterative change initiatives - Manage the technical aspects of cloud migration projects, including infrastructure, data, and application modernization - Provide ongoing coaching and change management support to ensure successful adoption of new digital capabilities - Collaborate closely with clients to monitor progress, optimize solutions, and deliver measurable business impact Candidate Requirements: - 5-10 years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or a related field - Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, change management, and cloud migration - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and inspire diverse teams - Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Salary & Benefits: - Competitive salary range of CAD 90,000 - CAD 150,000 per annum - Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement plans - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement How to Apply: Apply directly on MyRecruitmentAgency.com or email your resume to sales@myrecruitmentagency.com.
