Key Responsibilities - Provide proactive, commercially-focused HR support and guidance to senior leaders across the business - Partner with managers to attract, develop and retain top talent through effective workforce planning, performance management, and learning & development programs - Advise on and implement HR policies, processes and initiatives that support the company's growth and cultural objectives - Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance and absence management - Analyze people data and present insights to drive organizational effectiveness Candidate Requirements - 3-6 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment - Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders - Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how HR drives business impact - Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - Degree qualified in HR, Business or a related discipline Salary & Benefits Competitive salary of $65,000 - $95,000 DOE, plus comprehensive benefits package including pension, healthcare and generous holiday allowance.
