Sustainability Consultant About the Role: Embark on an exciting journey towards a greener future as a Sustainability Consultant with our forward-thinking organization. You'll be at the forefront of driving strategic, data-driven sustainability initiatives that create tangible impact for our clients. As a trusted advisor, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and optimize eco-friendly solutions that reduce carbon footprints and elevate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive audits and assessments to evaluate clients' current sustainability practices and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement tailored sustainability strategies and action plans to help clients achieve their green objectives - Analyze data and generate insightful reports to track and measure the success of sustainability initiatives - Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute impactful employee engagement programs that foster a culture of sustainability - Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to provide cutting-edge, future-proof solutions Candidate Requirements: - 3-7 years of experience in sustainability consulting, environmental management, or a related field - Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, carbon accounting, and green initiatives - Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and project management - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Passion for sustainability and a genuine commitment to driving positive environmental change Salary & Benefits: - Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum - Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities - Opportunity to work in our dynamic, global offices located in London, UK; Toronto, Canada; or Melbourne, Australia How to Apply: Apply directly on MyRecruitmentAgency.com or email your resume to sales@myrecruitmentagency.com.
