About the Company: We are a premier global Enterprise Cloud consulting firm dedicated to building next-generation digital foundations. Role Overview: We are seeking an expert, highly strategic Solutions Architect (Mid-to-Senior level, Lead) to design, architect, and guide complex cloud migrations and enterprise infrastructure strategies. This role is a hybrid position based in London, UK. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable, secure, and robust AWS infrastructure solutions. • Drive end-to-end cloud migration initiatives from legacy on-premise environments to multi-region cloud setups. • Define enterprise architecture patterns, blueprint guidelines, and automated deployment architectures utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Partner with executive leadership and client engineering pods to align technical solutions with business objectives and product vision. • Mentor and grow junior cloud engineers and developers in top-tier AWS design methodologies and practices. Required Qualifications & Skills: • 8-12+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure with at least 4-5 years specifically focused on cloud engineering and architecture. • Strong experience planning and executing highly complex cloud migration programs. • In-depth, practical knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, patterns, and principles. • Relevant AWS certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Specialty certifications) are highly preferred. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-management credentials.
