Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive user research using a variety of methods, including interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry, and surveys - Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points, needs, and opportunities for improvement - Translate research findings into actionable recommendations and design strategies - Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure user needs are at the forefront of the development process - Communicate research insights effectively through compelling presentations and reports Candidate Requirements - 3-6 years of experience in user experience research, human-computer interaction, or a related field - Proficiency in user research methodologies and usability testing techniques - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams - Familiarity with design thinking principles and user-centered design processes - Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment Salary & Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
