Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to identify and secure the most cost-effective and reliable suppliers. - Negotiate favorable contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions. - Manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, from onboarding to performance evaluation. - Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and supplier capabilities to make informed decisions. - Collaborate cross-functionally to align sourcing strategies with the company's broader business objectives. - Continuously explore new sourcing opportunities and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and cost savings. Candidate Requirements: - 5-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. - Proven track record of successful vendor negotiations and contract management. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners. - Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage insights to drive informed decision-making. - Familiarity with the Asia-Pacific market and experience working in a global, multicultural environment. Salary & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of SGD 80,000 to SGD 120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement contributions, and opportunities for professional development.
