Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive ESG assessments to identify material risks and opportunities for clients • Develop tailored ESG roadmaps and implementation plans to help clients achieve their sustainability goals • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG data to ensure accurate, transparent disclosure • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed ESG considerations into core business operations and decision-making • Stay up-to-date on evolving ESG regulations, frameworks, and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge insights • Present ESG findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members Candidate Requirements: • 5-10 years of experience in sustainability consulting, corporate social responsibility, or a related field • In-depth understanding of ESG standards, frameworks, and reporting requirements (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful ESG strategies for global organizations • Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to transform complex information into actionable insights • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels of the organization • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental and social impact Salary & Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $140,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement contributions, and generous paid time off.
