Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business leaders to understand their people-related challenges and devise innovative, data-driven solutions - Lead the design and implementation of talent management programs, including performance management, learning & development, and succession planning - Spearhead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and ensure seamless adoption - Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation - Analyze HR metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations Candidate Requirements: - 3-6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a business partner or generalist role - Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically about talent and organizational challenges - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels - Expertise in talent management, change management, and employee relations - Proficient in HR data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $120,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
