Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data processing - Utilize SQL, Excel, and Power BI to extract, manipulate, and visualize data - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions - Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide meaningful recommendations to stakeholders - Automate reporting and dashboard creation to enable data-driven decision-making - Continuously explore new data sources and techniques to enhance the organization's data capabilities Candidate Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role - Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics Salary & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
