Key Responsibilities: - Collaboratively define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs - Effectively communicate the product vision and roadmap to cross-functional teams, fostering a shared understanding and commitment - Manage the agile development process, working closely with the scrum team to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and acceptance testing - Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product decision-making - Liaise with stakeholders, including executives, marketing, and sales, to align product strategy and ensure successful delivery Candidate Requirements: - 3-6 years of experience in a product management or product owner role, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment - Proficiency in agile methodologies, user story development, and roadmapping - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus - Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and a deep understanding of modern product development practices Salary & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $130,000, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement contributions, and generous paid time off.
