Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth user research through methods like usability testing, ethnographic studies, and contextual inquiries - Analyze user data and behavioral patterns to identify pain points, opportunities, and design requirements - Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate research insights into actionable recommendations - Create detailed user personas, journey maps, and other visual artifacts to communicate findings - Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our research methodologies Candidate Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in user experience research, interaction design, or a related field - Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate research findings - Hands-on experience with UX research tools like UserTesting, Hotjar, Maze, or Optimal Workshop - Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related discipline Salary & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
