Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability plans, aligning with our overall business objectives - Monitor and analyze key sustainability metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving impactful initiatives - Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate sustainable practices throughout our operations, from supply chain to facilities management - Liaise with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and identify new opportunities - Spearhead employee engagement programs that foster a culture of environmental consciousness and social responsibility - Research emerging sustainability trends and technologies, proposing innovative solutions to future-proof our business Candidate Requirements: - 3-7 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or a related field - Proven track record of developing and executing successful sustainability strategies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire change - Passion for environmental and social issues, with a deep understanding of sustainable business practices - Familiarity with relevant sustainability frameworks, standards, and certifications (e.g., GRI, SASB, ISO 14001) - Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred Salary & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
