Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative sustainability strategies that align with the organization's ambitious ESG goals. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive environmental and social impact assessments to identify areas for improvement - Develop and execute tailored sustainability initiatives that reduce the organization's carbon footprint and promote renewable energy adoption - Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate sustainability practices into daily operations, procurement, and supply chain management - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build awareness, drive behavioral change, and foster a culture of sustainability - Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements - Identify and secure funding opportunities, such as grants and incentives, to support the implementation of sustainability projects Candidate Requirements: - 3-7 years of experience in a sustainability, environmental management, or corporate social responsibility role - Demonstrated expertise in areas such as carbon footprint analysis, renewable energy solutions, and ESG reporting - Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results on tight deadlines - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire change - Degree in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or a related field Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement contributions, and professional development opportunities.
