Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a strategic HR consultant to business leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations - Lead the design and implementation of talent management programs, including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and succession planning - Proactively identify and address employee relations issues, partnering with leadership to find solutions - Collaborate cross-functionally to foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive work culture - Analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable business intelligence - Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations Candidate Requirements: - 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a business partner or generalist role - Strong business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills - Experience designing and implementing talent management programs - Proficient in HR data analysis and interpreting metrics - Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment Salary & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
