Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and implementation to commissioning and handover. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. - Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory authorities. - Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to drive innovation and optimize project performance. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and best practices within the organization. Candidate Requirements: - 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy or sustainability sector. - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale renewable energy projects. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, and energy storage systems. - Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate diverse cultural and organizational environments. - Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving the transition to a greener future. Salary & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of AED 20,000 to AED 35,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement contributions, and opportunities for professional development.
