Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth analyses of clients' current ESG practices and identify areas for improvement - Develop comprehensive ESG strategies and implementation plans tailored to each client's unique needs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of ESG initiatives - Monitor and report on the progress and impact of ESG programs - Provide expert advice and thought leadership to clients on emerging ESG trends and best practices - Contribute to the development of innovative ESG solutions and tools Candidate Requirements: - 5-10 years of experience in ESG consulting, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility - Profound understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities - Passion for sustainability and a deep commitment to driving positive change - Fluency in English, with proficiency in German or Dutch an advantage Salary & Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary range of €60,000 to €100,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension contributions, and opportunities for professional development.
