Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a trusted HR advisor, partnering with business leaders to understand their people challenges and develop customized strategies - Spearhead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning - Foster a positive, inclusive employee experience through effective change management, employee relations, and organizational development programs - Analyze HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure the impact of HR initiatives - Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Candidate Requirements: - 3-6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a business partner or generalist role - Demonstrable expertise in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development - Strong business acumen and the ability to translate HR strategies into measurable business impact - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM or CIPD certification is a plus Salary & Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement planning, and generous paid time off.
