Key Responsibilities: - Interpret and apply regulatory requirements, such as those set forth by the FDA and HIPAA, to ensure organizational compliance - Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, assess, and address potential regulatory risks - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support regulatory submissions and audits - Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, proactively implementing necessary updates - Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and external stakeholders - Provide training and guidance to internal teams on regulatory best practices Candidate Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in a regulatory affairs or quality assurance role, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences industries - Thorough understanding of relevant regulations, such as FDA and HIPAA guidelines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory information into actionable plans - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate ambiguous situations - Proficiency in regulatory documentation and submission processes - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, engineering, or regulatory affairs Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
