**Corporate Sustainability Specialist** **About the Role:** Join our dynamic team as a Corporate Sustainability Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy. As a key member of our sustainability-driven organization, you will be responsible for driving impactful initiatives that reduce our carbon footprint, promote sustainable practices, and ensure we meet the highest ESG reporting standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze and report on our organization's environmental impact, including carbon emissions, waste management, and resource consumption - Develop and implement sustainable initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint, such as energy efficiency, renewable energy, and waste reduction programs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into our business operations and decision-making processes - Prepare comprehensive ESG reports and disclosures that align with industry standards and stakeholder expectations - Stay abreast of emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices, and recommend strategies to enhance our competitive edge - Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry associations, and sustainability partners, to foster collaborative initiatives **Candidate Requirements:** - 3-6 years of experience in a sustainability, ESG, or environmental management role - Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, carbon accounting, and ESG reporting standards - Proficient in data analysis, research, and report writing - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work collaboratively and drive cross-functional projects - Passion for environmental and social responsibility **Salary & Benefits:** - Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience - Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans - Generous paid time off and professional development opportunities **How to Apply:** Apply directly on MyRecruitmentAgency.com or email your resume to sales@myrecruitmentagency.com.
