UX Researcher About the Role: Join our dynamic team as a UX Researcher, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge products. As a key member of our design department, you'll dive deep into user insights, uncover pain points, and translate them into actionable recommendations that drive impactful design decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic studies to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points - Perform usability testing, analyzing user interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate research findings into user-centric design solutions - Communicate research insights effectively, presenting complex data in a clear and compelling manner - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience research Candidate Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in user experience research or a related field - Proficiency in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor findings to diverse stakeholders - Experience with user research tools and software, such as Hotjar, Maze, or UserZoom - Familiarity with interaction design principles and user-centered design processes Salary & Benefits: - Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000, based on experience - Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO How to Apply: Apply directly on MyRecruitmentAgency.com or email your resume to sales@myrecruitmentagency.com.
