Leveraging your exceptional design skills and keen eye for detail, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful, innovative design solutions that captivate and inspire our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design a wide range of digital and print assets, including logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, and social media graphics - Collaborate with the creative director and project managers to understand client requirements and translate them into cohesive, visually striking designs - Maintain brand consistency and elevate the overall aesthetic across all design elements - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative decision-making process Candidate Requirements: - 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency or in-house creative environment - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles - Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams - A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a keen aesthetic sensibility Salary & Benefits: - Competitive salary range of $50,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience - Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement How to Apply: Apply directly on MyRecruitmentAgency.com or email your resume to sales@myrecruitmentagency.com.
