Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop RPA solutions using leading platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism - Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and create scalable, user-friendly bots - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver seamless automation experiences - Optimize and maintain existing RPA deployments, ensuring continuous improvement and maximum impact - Provide technical support and training to end-users, fostering a culture of automation adoption - Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation Candidate Requirements: - 3-7 years of experience in RPA development, with a strong understanding of at least one leading RPA platform - Proficient in programming languages such as Python, VB.NET, or C# - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels - Experience in process mapping, workflow design, and automation strategy development - Familiarity with IT infrastructure, databases, and web services Salary & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
