**About the Role:** Become a strategic partner to our dynamic, global organization as our next Corporate Counsel. In this pivotal role, you will navigate complex legal landscapes, ensure regulatory compliance, and play a critical role in shaping the future of our business. Leverage your extensive experience in contract negotiation, corporate governance, and risk mitigation to drive growth and protect our interests worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide expert legal counsel and advice to cross-functional teams on a wide range of corporate matters - Negotiate, draft, and review commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and other legal documents - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across our global operations - Identify and mitigate legal risks, implementing proactive strategies to safeguard the organization - Advise on corporate governance best practices and support the Board of Directors - Collaborate with external counsel and manage litigation proceedings as needed **Candidate Requirements:** - 5-10 years of experience as a Corporate Counsel or similar role in a fast-paced, global organization - Proven track record in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance - Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical solutions - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels - Willingness to travel between our offices in New York, London, and Hong Kong as needed **Salary & Benefits:** This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
