Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive financial models to analyze historical trends, forecast future performance, and identify growth opportunities - Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover meaningful insights and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership - Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals - Monitor and report on key financial metrics, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies - Support the implementation of financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and data integrity Candidate Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role - Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, and PowerBI - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings to both financial and non-financial stakeholders - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Familiarity with industry-standard financial software and ERP systems Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary range of $60,000 - $100,000, based on experience.
